We proudly display the certification seal of the Celiac Sprue Association, which enforces higher standards than the FDA and oversees our operation. We also perform periodic random testing of ingredients and finished product to add our own additional integrity checks. If you are on a reduced-gluten or gluten-free diet, great news!
